Delivery Timeframe
What is the expected delivery time for my order?
Please allow for the following delivery times:
- For orders within the USA and Canada, delivery can take from 2 to 18 business days.
- For international orders, please expect delivery within 7 to 30 business days. We utilize USPS and Canada Post for shipping, and your package will be delivered by your local courier service.
Address Accuracy
It's essential to provide the correct shipping address during checkout to avoid issues. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an inaccurate shipping address, which includes missing apartment, street, or suite numbers. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for such cases. If your order is returned to us, you can request a reshipment, but you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please double-check your address, and if you realize an error, email us immediately.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
Order Cancellation
Should you change your mind for any reason and wish to cancel your order, you can receive a refund with a deduction of a $15 USD fee. This is applicable only if we haven't shipped your order yet. You have a 30-minute window to request a cancellation after placing your order. To request an order cancellation and refund, please email us at info@theclubathlete.com.
Requesting a Refund Upon Receiving Your Order
If you've received your order and would like a refund, you'll need to return it at your own expense within 7 days of receiving it to the address provided on the package. We accept returns only via USPS (United States Postal Service) or Canada Post. All apparel must be in new condition and still in its original plastic bag. Once we receive your returned items, we'll issue a full refund, deducting a $15 USD fee to cover labor, bank fees, time, and packaging materials used to send your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Requesting an Exchange for a Different Size
If you've received your order and would like to exchange it for a different size, you should send it back at your expense within 7 days to the office address specified on the package. Upon receiving your items, we'll gladly send you the new size. Please include a piece of paper with your name, order number, email, and the new size you need.
Non-Receipt of Your Order
If you haven't received your order after 30 business days from the date of purchase, please contact us via email at info@theclubathlete.com or through Instagram direct message. We won't respond to complaints regarding orders placed less than 30 days ago. International delivery times depend not only on Canada Post but also on the efficiency of your local postal service. In such cases, we will open a support ticket to investigate the whereabouts of your order. If it's determined that your item is lost in transit, we will resend a replacement order, but not earlier than 10 business days after opening the support ticket.
Late or Missing Refunds
We process packages on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for our team to process your refund once we receive your return package. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed. If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account. If the refund hasn't appeared, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted (typically 5-7 business days after issuance by us). If you've taken these steps and still haven't received your refund or have further questions or concerns, please submit a ticket by emailing us at info@theclubathlete.com.
Customs, Import Fees & Duties
ClubAthlete ships from our headquarters in Montreal, Canada. If you're an international customer outside of Canada or the USA, you may be responsible for duties or fees imposed by your local customs authorities for goods purchased online from another country. These fees typically amount to no more than 10% of your order value, but we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns about these charges. Please note that we do not provide refunds for customs fees.
